Solitude Invented the Voice
a song // join me online for breathwork
Once in a while, I come across a song or a piece of music that I become briefly obsessed with. I listen to it on repeat, sometimes for an hour long. The repetition can last anything from a few days to months. It feels like a teen behavior. I’ve been doing it since I was a teen. Music has always been a source of comfort.
My latest obsession has been Solitude Invented the Voice by Jun Futamata. It’s beautiful, and it came to me at an ample time. It says everything I’ve been wanting to say but don’t feel like spelling out in paragraphs and explanations.
I hope you’ll give it a listen.

I’ve started hosting online breathwork sessions with ambient music on a monthly basis. This practice has helped me immensely, and I’m excited to share it. You can join and learn more here. The next one is this Sunday (5 July) at 20:30 CET. Donation-based and open to everyone.
